Allison graduated from Barry University in 2000 with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. After receiving her Bachelors Allison practiced nursing at several local hospitals in medical surgical and psychiatric nursing.

In 2003 Allison was introduced to substance abuse nursing and decided to shift her focus in nursing to the dynamics of relationships and life experiences that shape these relationships. Allison obtained her Master’s Degree of Science and Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2007. Allison continued to work in substance abuse until 2015 when she decided to expand her nursing career even farther and applied to Palm Beach Atlantic University’s Family Nurse Practitioner Program. Allison completed PBA’s program in 12/2017 with a Masters of Science in Nursing and 12/2018 with a Doctorate of Nursing Practice.

Dr. Delpesche’s doctoral’s studies were focused on linkage in care for the homeless. Dr. Delpesche has worked in internal medicine and is currently working with patients to educate and treat sexually transmitted diseases and prevent the spread of HIV through Pre exposure prophylaxis.
