National HIV Testing Day (NHTD) is observed annually each June. Each year at this time, we unite with partners, health departments, and other organizations to raise awareness about the importance of HIV testing and early diagnosis of HIV in Florida’s Capital Region. In observation of National HIV Testing Day, The Florida Department of Health’s regional HIV & STD prevention team will be hosting a health screening event in Taylor County at:

No cost, private rapid screenings for HIV, Syphilis and Hepatitis-C will be offered on a mobile medical unit, provided by our friends at the Jefferson County Health Department. Resources and lots of promotional items will also be distributed during this event.
